Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Our refund policy

According to our Terms of Service, all purchases are final and nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits available for partially used periods. The exception to this policy is if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. Our policy is designed to uphold the integrity of our subscriptions since members get immediate access to key features, such as seeing all their likes, from the very start.

Exceptions to our policy within the first 7 days

Before we evaluate a potential refund, it's essential that you first reach out to us with details about the issues you're facing. This mandatory step allows us to better understand and troubleshoot together.

If, despite our efforts, the issue persists, we will consider your case for a refund if it's within the first 7 days of the transaction date. Please understand that this is an exception to our standard policy, and this decision will be made solely at the discretion of the CMB Customer Experience Team.

Requesting a refund

If you’re looking to request a refund because your jurisdiction provides for refunds, or because you believe you qualify for our policy exception, here are your next steps:

On an iOS device —
If you’ve made a purchase using your Apple ID, all refunds are granted entirely at the discretion of Apple – not Coffee Meets Bagel. You can submit a refund request by logging into reportaproblem.apple.com and clicking "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." 

On an Android device —
