Why do we suggest pausing your account instead of deleting it?

• You're likely to be banned if our team sees this as suspicious behavior.
• You may get fewer matches with each new account creation. Daters who see the same account multiple times are less likely to match with you because they may think that you’re a bot or that it’s an error.
• If you have a subscription, we can only transfer it from a deleted account once. To transfer it, you will need to contact our support team. If you delete your account after the first transfer by our team, you may not be able to repurchase a new subscription through Apple or Google until your current subscription expires.
