How do I change my location?

Recently we tweaked how location updates work: instead of using your city or zip code, we use your phone's general location. Traveling? Your location won't update automatically – but you can still easily refresh it from your profile 🙌 

Here's how:

1. Head to your profile by tapping your avatar in the "Me" section.

2. Tap on your profile photo in the upper left.

3. Tap the pencil icon to edit your profile.

4. Select the "Details" tab.

5. Tap "Current city" on Android, or "Location" on iOS.

6. Tap "Refresh my location" and follow any prompts.

Just a heads-up: Once you update your location, there's no going back to a previous spot. For instance, if you're vacationing in Jeonju, South Korea, and refresh your location, it'll stay as Jeonju. When you return to Seoul, you'll need to update it again – and Jeonju won't be an option unless you're back for another visit!
