What's the difference between Suggested and Discover?

Suggested

Suggested is where we’ll send a limited number of bagels picked just for you, every day around noon. These people are picked just for you based on your Preferences, past likes and passes, whether they're likely to like you back, and more!

Suggested is purposefully paced to prevent swipe fatigue. We emphasize quality over quantity, and we want you to really give your attention to each of our suggestions. But if you ever want to speed things up, you can become a subscriber to unlock Unlimited Suggested. 

Discover

Discover is where you can find more people outside of our daily suggestions. We recommend starting with your Suggested batch, then moving to Discover if you want to see more people.

Start a search to use filters including age range, height range, distance, degree, ethnicity, and recent activity. Since Discover is all about exploring more people, your search won't be saved when you close and reopen the app.

Bagels in Discover will always meet your gender preferences, but they may not meet your other set preferences. And in turn, you may also not meet their set preferences.

Regular likes aren't available in Discover – instead, you can opt to send flowers. Sending flowers will help you stand out and get shown instantly to your potential match in the Likes. When you initiate sending flowers, you'll be prompted to buy them with beans, our in-app currency.
