How do I unmatch with someone?

Matched with a bagel but not feeling it anymore? You can either Hide & unmatch or Report & unmatch a bagel. 

Unmatching with a bagel 

To Hide & unmatch with a bagel:

1. Go to the bagel’s profile or your chat with them.
2. On their profile, scroll down and tap on Hide or Report. In your chat, tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
3. Tap Hide & unmatch and a pop-up will appear to confirm if you’d like to hide this profile. Then tap Continue.
4. Next, select a reason for hiding the bagel from a list and tap Hide & unmatch.

Once you’ve hidden and unmatched with a bagel, you won’t be able to see or message them again. And don’t worry, all feedback is anonymous.

To Report & unmatch with a bagel:

1. Go to the bagel’s profile or your chat with them.
2. On their profile, scroll down and tap on Hide or Report. In your chat, tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
3. Tap Report & unmatch and a pop-up will appear to confirm if you’d like to report and unmatch with this bagel. Then tap Continue.
4. Next, select a reason for reporting the bagel from a list or submit your own reason.

Once you’ve reported and unmatched with a bagel, you won’t be able to see or message them again. And don’t worry, all feedback is anonymous.
