We recommend trying again with a different, fixed phone number capable of receiving SMS and/or trying again with the latest app version.|

This message appears when too many code requests have been sent in quick succession. We have a rate limit on code requests for security reasons. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting to request another code.
If you still have issues after waiting for 10 minutes, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
|This number has been temporarily blocked as a security precaution. Try again in 24 hours.||
This means your phone number may have been associated with fraudulent activities and is temporarily locked. Please try again in 24 hours. If the issue persists, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you.
|The app isn’t available in your country just yet. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to create an account at this time.||We currently do not support phone number sign-ups from certain countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.|
- Go to Messages and tap on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Tap Spam & Blocked.
- Tap on the three-dot menu, then tap Spam & Blocked to see the numbers you’re currently blocking.
- Find the message you’d like to unblock and tap Unblock.
