Our Responsibilities > Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, our platform has a strict legal obligation to keep our community safe from nonconsensual intimate visual depictions and AI-generated sexual deepfakes. If a valid, complete removal report is submitted, we are required by law to take down the material and investigate the offending profile as soon as possible, and within a maximum window of 48 hours.
To protect victims, our standard enforcement policy mandates an immediate permanent ban on any account found sharing this material, alongside automated measures to block known identical copies from being re-uploaded.
How to File a Request > Federal law requires that your report contain specific criteria before we can legally validate your request and trigger our 48-hour emergency enforcement window. Your report must be sent through our Zendesk secure portal and contain:

Location of Content: The specific Profile ID, link, or username hosting the material so our team can find it.
